2. Description of Service

cutt.al provides URL shortening, QR code generation, online polls, and form-building tools. The Service is offered on both Free and Pro subscription tiers, with feature limits as described on our Pricing page.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Shorten links to malware, phishing pages, or illegal content
• Distribute spam, harassment, or abusive material
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the Service

We reserve the right to disable any link, QR code, poll, or form that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro plan subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly or yearly basis through PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; you will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit (links, poll questions, form data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content as necessary to operate the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep cutt.al available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, cutt.al shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
